1st grade students had a blast decorating Christmas ornaments, going to our Christmas dance, enjoying a yummy breakfast, and filling our stockings!

2nd Grade Weir Students enjoyed some Christmas activities: we opened gifts, sent letters to Santa, made stockings, ate Christmas Breakfast, and had a Christmas Dance. We had a lot of fun! Merry Christmas!

2nd Grade Weir Students had the opportunity to see how LEGOs intervened in a real-life situation for a sea turtle. After reading about how LEGOs saved the sea turtle's flippers, the students designed a wheelchair out of LEGOs for the class plastic sea turtle. After that students were allowed to free-build, but they had to present their design and paperwork to their teacher.
