WES PACE student, DJ decided to research the Kenai Fjord National Park for his research project. He was eager to share with the audience of friends and family that over 51% of his park is covered in ice! He has plans to one day visit this park to see it for himself. Bravo DJ!
Weir Elementary School PACE student, Cameron, chose to investigate Yellowstone National Park. He researched the parks acreage, animals, plants, and historical facts. Then he made a 2-dimentional and 3-dimentional representation. Finally, he presented his findings to his classmates, teachers, and members of his family. Way to go Cam!

Weir 1st and 2nd grade boys got to test out the small catapult launchers at the dinosaur party. They had a lot of fun figuring out how to launch the bean bags. On yesterday, Ms. Conerly’s and Ms. Fairley’s Kindergarteners had a great time during their Easter activities.
This Pre-K class enjoyed a day of Easter fun at WES.
Ms. Rush and Mrs. White's kindergarten class got to plant skittles yesterday in the grass. They were excited to come to school this morning to discover that suckers popped up over night.
